The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean. Staff brought us more conditioner and shampoo that we needed for our girls. They also brought us an electric fly zapper because there were flies in the room- the doors open to the parking lot.
Good location. Included features such as keurig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.

There was no breakfast.
The room was missing base board allowing bugs inside. The walls were covered in patched holes. The bathroom window was missing a window pane. The shower was missing the hot water knob, I had to try to locate an employee to request a wrench to take a shower. The room had a strange smell.

I love the comfort of the bed. But I had to sleep on top of the covers for the sheets were stained. Luckily, I had my own blankets.

There was no breakfast, one of the beds was broken, they had folding chairs for you to sit on, there was an extension cord running from one end of the room to the other to plug in the lights, there was a hole in the bathroom door and you had to duck down in the shower in order to wash your hair (if you are shorter than 5'5" it would be perfect). I will never stay at this location again and will never recommend it to family or friends.
